Get paid to be a mystery shopper!

Do you love to shop, eat out and have fun with your family... But don't like to spend money? Then...

Get paid to be a mystery shopper. Are you looking to earn some extra cash, or to work part-time doing something fun? If so, you're not alone. Right now there are many people earning thousands of dollars every month being mystery shoppers. Mystery shoppers get paid $10-$50 per hour.

What is mystery shopping?

Mystery shopping involves providing anonymous feedback to companies about the customer experience at their locations. Companies use mystery shopping programs for many reasons, but all programs involve evaluating whether the company's standards are being met.
During a typical mystery shop, a mystery shopper will make observations at a specific store, restaurant, or other type of location, while blending in like an average customer. They will then report their observations to Service Intelligence through our website, the Experience Exchange.

Who Hires Mystery Shoppers?

Many types of companies of all sizes employ mystery shoppers. Restaurants, department stores, grocery stores, hotels, cruise lines and clothing stores hire mystery shoppers. Even gas stations hire mystery shoppers to evaluate the cleanliness of their restrooms. Rather than hiring shoppers directly, companies tend to work with agencies that provide a database of potential mystery shoppers.

What's a Typical Mystery Shopping Assignment?

Mystery shoppers make one visit per month, per store. In exchange for a free meal, mystery shoppers take note of the front counter and drive-through, the speed of service, the accuracy of the order, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. They evaluate three menu items (a sandwich, fries and a drink) and the friendliness of the staff. When the shoppers get home, they fill out online reports and e-mail them to the companies.

How Do I Join Mystery Shopping Programs?

There are various types of programs. I have selected the most reputable and highest paid assignments. Join as many as you can to increase your earning potential.
